Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items in your order.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days after payment is received.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days within the U.S.
- Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional cost. Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days.
- International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping.
How Shipping Costs Are Calculated
Shipping fees are determined by the weight of the products in your order. Heavier items, such as orders containing multiple sensory bags or weighted lap pads, may incur higher shipping costs.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s progress.
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to file a claim. If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
